Precision Processes Forged a Perfect Cookware Body
We believe that an ideal cookware starts with precise process control. On our intelligent production lines, every piece of cookware is carefully crafted through multiple core processes.
Core Manufacturing Process
Stretch forming
Place the sheet on the machine and use enormous pressure and pre made molds to stretch the flat blank into the initial shape of the pot body one or more times
Cleaning
Stretching and spinning can make the metal harder and brittle. While cleaning the pot, it can also cool the pot and restore the metal's ductility and toughness.
Sandblasting
Creating a rough surface to increase the adhesion of the coating
Internal coating
Spray a non stick coating on the inner surface of the pot
Polishing
Make the exterior of the pot smooth and avoid unevenness
Exterior coating
Spray different colors of high-temperature resistant coatings on the pot according to customer needs
Welding
Welding rivet or screw joints on the pot body
Packaging
Install the handle and glass cover onto the pot, then pack it in a packaging box and send it to the warehouse until the customer notifies for shipment
