  • If I don't go to your company, how can I get product progress?

    By sending us an inquiry email, we will reply to you regarding the production progress
  • How can I solve this problem if I haven't received the item?

    You may refuse to pay the remaining amount until you receive the B/L
  • How is your after-sales service?

    If you find any quality issues with the goods within three months of shipment, please feel free to contact us. Once it is confirmed that the problem is caused by the production end, we will replace the product for you free of charge
  • Can I order samples?

  • How much is the sample fee? Can it be refunded after bulk production?

    The cost of samples varies according to different requirements. After we receive the order, the sample fee will be deducted from the order cost. For example, if the sample fee is $100, then after we receive the order, your order fee will be reduced by $100.
  • Do you provide quality assurance?

  • Do you providing samples?

    Yes, but we are unable to provide free samples
  • What is the monthly supply capacity?
